Line Cook
Memaw’s Table is a growing company that is looking for a Line Cook who can manage multiple stations on the backline while keeping the serving line stocked and able to prep food between customers. Seeking a high-energy individual that is willing to engage with team members and guests while delivering our Cajun Flair menu with high quality and consistency.
Requirements:

Must be able to take and pass Food Handlers certification

Must be able to pass a background check

Willing to learn new methods and able to execute correctly and consistently

Able to work up to an 8-hour shift, moving constantly

Able to perform essential functions of the position

Has basic math, reading, listening, and speaking skills

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Duties:
-
Managing the flow of food to the serving window
-
Preparing and cooking Memaw’s full menu (Fry Station, Sautee Station, Cold Prep Station)
-
Food preparation of all cold items
-
Other tasks as assigned by manager or shift leader

Cashier
Memaw’s Table is a growing company that is looking for a Cashier who can greet customers, explain the menu options, take orders from customers, expedite to the line cook(s), and give customers their orders. Seeking a high-energy individual that is willing to engage with team members and guests while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:

Preparing the truck to receive customers: preparing register, bags, drinks, welcome signs

Taking orders from customers, accepting payments from customers

Managing the flow of orders from customers to the line cook

Managing the flow of food from the line cook to customers, ensuring customer wait time is minimal after order
-
Other tasks as assigned by manager or shift leader
